How do I schedule an installation?

If you just purchased your appliance and need to get our worldclass engineering team to assist you in the setup, please either 1) use our www.myxroads.com to submit a "New Installation" ticket, or 2) call us at 888-997-6237 and we will setup a ticket for you.
 
All installations are scheduled 24/48 hours in advance so that we can dedicate an engineer to you during the installation and so that you can test the critical features of the appliance in your environment with the engineer on the phone.
 
We can NOT provide on demand installation assistance, so please make sure to schedule your install in advance.  Thank you.
